The editor is working as an assistant professor, in the Department of Teacher Education, Kashi Naresh Government PG College, Gyanpur-Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Lata’s career trajectory showcases a deep and holistic understanding of education. Prior to her current role, she held significant position including Assistant Professor of Education at Hindu Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Sitapur and Lecturer in Education at the District Institure of Education Training (DIET), Sitapur. Her foundational experience as a Primary Teacher with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Further enriches her perspective, providing invaluable insight into educational practices form the ground up to higher education. She is multiple-time qualifier of the UGC NET and JRF examinations in Education. Her dedication to scholarly inquiry is evident in her doctoral degree in Education.
